Internet casino game developer Gamesys has revealed that they've signed a purchase agreement with Snowcat Games, and will purchase the developer as a result.
Snowcat Games is based out of Estonia, and was founded four years ago. The company is currently managed by Co-Founder Mitchell Rankin and has seen a number of slots and casino games developed during that time. The company has forged multiple B2B relationships, and provides its games to a number of developers as a result. Games developed by Snowcat are put out in HTML5 format, providing maximum compatibility across desktop and mobile devices.
Gamesys is a highly-regarded game developer based out of London that was formed in 2001. Since its formation, Gamesys has put out dozens of casino slot, bingo, and table games. The acquisition will work to strengthen the Gamesys brand and will afford Snowcat the opportunity to access new markets.
Commenting on the deal Gamesys CEO Lee Fenton said, "At Gamesys we want people that love what they do and have fun doing it. From the moment we started working with Snowcat Games it was evident they would be a great fit within the Gamesys family. Through the formation of Gamesys Estonia and with further investment into people and their working environment we believe we can make an already exceptional team even better."
Snowcat Games Director Paul Caffery also commented, noting: "I'm delighted to have completed this deal. Gamesys has a fantastic reputation and delivers world class content in both the UK and internationally. They showed an instant commitment by investing in new premises for the team, so I am sure this acquisition will provide greater opportunity for our staff to continue to grow within a larger organisation."
Casino Listings will update this story as we learn more about the purchase.

The amount of that purchase is not mentioned but it's just the way business works, bigger companies buys those whit lower resources which doing great though, the fact that this Estonian developer have been just 4 years old speaks about the great job they've had done I guess.
