Mobile casino game developer Nektan has announced that they have sold off three of its gaming brands for £1.75 million, selling the brand to Buckingham HMB Ltd.
The casinos involved in the sale include Chomp Casino, Spin Princess, and Sapphire Rooms. The deal will see Nektan operating the brands under a white label licensing agreement, and will be paid a monthly royalty. Another £200,000 payment will be processed to Nektan shortly after the brands successfully change hands.
Nektan is based out of the United Kingdom and the company has put out a series of mobile games from developers such as NextGen, Net Ent, and more.

Well, I don't know if that particular deal is beneficial for Nektan or not, $1.75million could be a huge amount but the buyer gets 3 casinos so still not sure for which side the deal is more advantageous?
I have never cared about Nektan as their games ad casinos aren't allowed for my country players but I was thinking that for such deal they would get much more money.
