Online betting software designer NYX Gaming has announced that they have raised $10.5 million in capital from a private investor, who has chosen to remain anonymous.

The investor purchased 2,863,636 share warrants from NYX, which have a price of $3.50. The share price will gain interest at a rate of 10% annually, and will mature in January 2020. The investor has the option to convert the shares into traditional shares at $2.75 each.

NYX claims it will be using the money to settle money lent to the company by another investor last year.

We know Nyx are one of the giants on the gambling market so it's not a strange thing that some private investors are interested to make such big investments like that from the news above. I guess it's a smart decision.
