Gaming giant NYX Gaming Group has announced that they have signed a content deal with the Spanish gaming firm Luckia Gaming Group S.A., which will see NYX providing its content to the company's properties in Spain and Latin America.
The deal will see NYX providing its games through its Open Platform System, and will consist of lottery and casino games. Luckia is Spain's third largest gaming firm, with an assortment of 4 casinos and 76 other shops. They currently have more than 2,000 employees, and are making headway in Chile, Colombia, Panama, and Peru, as well as their native Spain.
Commenting on the deal NYX Executive Vice President of Business Development David Flynn said, "Luckia Gaming Group is one of the fastest growing groups in the Omni-channel space, having gained significant market-share and winning several prestigious awards in Spain, including 'Best Spanish Company in the Private Gaming Sector' and 'Best Online Company in 2015'. We are very excited that Luckia has chosen the NYX Open Platform System to build its future upon. Through our partnership, they will be working with one of the world's most flexible gaming platforms and responsive teams in the online gaming market."
Luckia's Business Director Marcelo Rulz also commented on the deal, noting: "NYX vision, commitment, solutions and professionalism will allow Luckia Gaming Group to enhance our value proposition to our customers and will allow us to achieve our wanted position in the gambling industry. We are excited to offer the NYX solutions and content to our customers and to take advantage of its outstanding capabilities and functionalities".
No announcement on a timeframe for the integration has been given.
