Gaming firm NYX Gaming Group has announced that they have obtained a class 2 gaming license from the Romanian National Gambling Office, and can offer online games in the country as a result.
NYX's license will allow the company to offer games to operators, and its games will be supplied through the group's Open Gaming System platform. NYX has been very busy in the last few months, signing a slew of content deals with operators throughout the world.
Commenting on the licensing NYX EVP of Business Development David Flynn said, "We're very pleased to be entering the Romanian market, having met the high level of standards set by the ONJN. Expansion within regulated markets is an important part of the NYX growth strategy. The achievement of our Romanian license underlines the caliber of our Open Gaming System and Omni-channel content portfolio, and allows us to bring our innovative gaming expertise to this continually expanding market."
As of press time there were no reports as to what operators will be offering NYX's library.
