Internet streaming company Netflix has announced the release of its newest documentary, which is based on the life and times of professional poker player Daniel Negreanu and has been produced by poker giant PokerStars.
The new documentary is dubbed "KidPoker", and follows the childhood, and how Negreanu came to become one of poker's most feared players. The documentary also shows him meeting success in the World Series of Poker, and provides anecdotes from the player and his colleagues.
In a statement released by PokerStars, Negreanu said, "This is a story of clear intention and determination, in that the odds were stacked against me, especially in the early years. I want this to be an inspirational film, so that when people watch it, they feel they can get back on the horse and pursue their dreams too."
KidPoker is available for viewing now on Netflix in the US, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.
