Internet betting group iSoftBet has announced that it has been granted a gaming license by the National Gambling Office in Romania, and is now authorized to offer its games within the market.
The licensing gives iSoftBet the ability to offer its games to licensed Romanian operators, who can then offer their games to their customers. The first operator to offer the games will be NetBet.ro, which will have 50 of iSoftBet's games. iSoftBet currently holds gaming licenses through the UK, Spain, Denmark, Portugal, and Italy.
Commenting on the licensing, iSoftBet Managing Director Nir Elbaz said, "Expanding the number of regulated markets in which we are operational is a significant part of iSoftBet's growth plan. We regard responsible gambling as the highest priority, and work hard to deliver fair and enjoyable games for players and maximum profits for our operators."
