This week the Delaware Lottery revealed their online gaming numbers, noting that casino activity was flat, but that online poker numbers were up 2.78% from the same period last year.
For the month, online casino revenues totalled $241,775, which is flat when compared to the same period last year. The number is also 2% lower than the month prior. Poker revenues were up though, as rake and fees accumulated $40,337.40, up 16% from April.
There were 305 new registered accounts for the month, bringing Delaware's total to 15,216.
Delaware's online gaming industry has struggled since it launched, lagging far behind New Jersey in terms of revenues brought in. The Delaware Park racetrack is the state's largest online gaming revenue generator, as it holds 47% of the market. Dover Downs currently holds 42%, and Harrington has 11% market share.
