Gamesys Opens Monopoly Casino

Internet betting firm Gamesys has announced the release of its newest mobile casino Monopoly Casino, which features the branded Hasbro board game as its centerpiece.

Monopoly Casino is powered by Scientific Games and Gamesys, and has an assortment of games based on Monopoly, which includes slots, and Monopoly Roulette. The casino also has the Monopoly Daily Free Parking slot, which has four Community Jackpots. The casino is specifically designed for mobile devices, although a desktop casino is also available.

Commenting on the casino's launch Gamesys Gibraltar Marketing Director Simon Mizzi said, "We're delighted to be partnering with SG Interactive and Hasbro to launch MONOPOLY Casino; it's been such a strong and successful brand within iGaming for years and the gameplay lends itself perfectly to a truly immersive and differentiated gaming experience, which is exactly what Gamesys is all about."

The casino is open now, and is licensed in the UK betting market.

I wonder how many games could be out there that are based on Monopoly, and wouldn't it be too monotone for the punters playing only single themed games?

IGT has made a lot of Monopoly slots over the years. You could almost have a casino with only those in it. But its not the case here - they have lots of other games too.

Thanks for specifying that Ed, I've thought that was the case after reading the news but obviously misunderstood it.
