888Poker Inks Sponsorship Deal With King's Casino Deutsche Poker Tour

Internet poker firm 888Poker has announced that they have signed a sponsorship deal with the King's Casino Deutsche Poker Tour, as well as deals with the Swedish Poker Federation as well as the German Championships of Poker, all of which will carry their name and branding in some manner.

The company has gone on a spree of sorts when it comes to sponsorships, as the company looks to edge in on the competitive poker market throughout Europe. The tournament sponsorships will all be held at King's Casino, which is located in Rozvadov in the Czech Republic.

In other sponsorship news, 888Poker also announced that they have signed a deal with the Swedish Poker Federation, and will be named a partner of the Swedish Poker Championships for the coming year, which is scheduled to start on May 24th. The deal will be good for the next two years.

888Poker is a subsidiary of 888 Holdings plc, which is based out of Gibraltar and offers its online betting services in regulated jurisdictions including Europe and New Jersey. In addition to poker services, 888 also offers casino games, sportsbetting, and poker services across their brands.

Obviously 888 management looking for an alternative ways and events to advertise their brand and are particularly interested in some huge Poker events. No doubt that it's a good way for them to attract new customers I think.
