Swedish betting firm Net Ent has announced that they are launching an Innovation Week today, which will give their employees a chance to expand their horizons to hopefully give them new ideas for products.

The week will give employees the chance to be creative by learning through workshops and seminars, as well as taking part in health and fitness programs. The week will also see the company re-opening their NetEnt Den, which allows employees to pitch ideas to the company's CEO as well as a board member. Some ideas on display this week include VR, 3D sound, and a Zumba class is being offered to interested employees.

Commenting on the idea Net Ent Chief Product Officer Simon Hammon said, "It's important for innovative companies such as ours to take a step back from our projects and look at the overall picture of the company. NetEnt encourages its employees to be creative, and this week we'll be looking to bring those exciting new ideas to the fore, as well as having some fun along the way."

Sound like a very good initiative from the company's management and I believe it will be a successful one, obviously NetEnt are open minded to new ideas and I think this different approach will stimulate their employees to be even more creative.
