Jackpot Capital Steps Up to Make Wedding Dream Come True

Recently a loyal player at Jackpot Capital received a generous gift from the casino which will allow for her daughter to afford the wedding dress of her dreams.

Deborah Button was chatting with a member of the Jackpot Capital support staff when she mentioned that her daughter was getting married. During the conversation Deborah explained to support rep Sophie that she wished she could win big so that she could help pay for her daughter's wedding, as she just got engaged on Valentine's Day.

During that conversation Deborah said, "My daughter showed me the dress she really wanted. I said gosh, I wish I could buy that for you princess, but in my financial situation I just can't afford to. Every mother wants to help make their daughter's wedding day special so I felt bad. I know as mother of the bride I should be helping her pay for her wedding, but I just can't. Well maybe I might just get lucky and some miracle will come my way. I am saying my prayers. I want to do this for my beautiful angel… and somehow I will."

After hearing her story Sophie went to the site's casino manager Oliver Smith, who told Sophie to give Deborah $1,500 to pay for the dress.

Commenting on the gift Mr. Smith said, "We can't do this all the time, of course. But Debbie's been playing with us for a long time. We all know her. So we're really happy to help out."

"We always say we send a little bit of Las Vegas all over the world. Maybe we should open a little wedding chapel to go with the casino!"

"You know, it's not just the money," Debbie said of the gesture. "Their generosity is wonderful, of course, but just knowing that the staff takes such a personal interest in players is really something. I'm really touched."

It's strange but maybe a deserved bonus for a long serving casino customer. Really nice gesture from the casino manager who had made the bride and her mother very happy, I'm sure.

well how nice is that!! One of the things that has mattered to me is whether support staff actually even listen "well" to your questions and comments or whether they just choose from their list of usual responses and try to move on when they are talking to you. If the support person actually acts like a "real person" on the other end it's a big plus. SO, a support person ( and manager) who actually shows "heart" in addition to that rates pretty highly in my book! Way to go Jackpot Capital! Thumb Up

Not meaning to be cynical, but they are probably just giving their "loyal player," some of the thousands back that she donated to the casino through the years. Just kidding, but maybe not? lol

Actually, that is a very nice gesture. Smile

Yeah it is a grand gesture and I hope they have a great wedding day!

But hope777 is right - Debbie must have lost loads more there than $1500 in the past...
