Yggdrasil Applies for Gibraltar Gaming License

Internet betting software developer Yggdrasil Gaming has announced that they have applied for a remote gaming license through the Gibraltar Licensing Authority.

The new license will be a B2B license that allows Yggdrasil to offer their games to operators based out of Gibaltar. The company has said that they have begun establishing a presence in the jurisdiction, and will likely begin signing content deals as soon as their license is approved.

Commenting on the matter Yggdrasil Gaming CEO Fredrik Elmqvist said, "We've pretty much covered all the player liquidity available from the operators in Malta, so now is the time for us to be targeting Gibraltar where we will be building up our presence."
