Social gaming helped push Caesars Interactive Entertainment to its best year of all-time in 2015, bringing in $785.5 million, up 30.6% from 2014.
Key financial indicators for the fourth quarter and full year ending December 31st, 2015 were:
Fourth quarter revenues of $209.2 million, up 33% from last year, of which social and mobile games made up $198.8 million.
New Jersey online gaming contributed $10.4 million of the company's total revenues, while Nevada's online sector contributed $1.4 million.
Full-year earnings were up 60% to $282.7 million.
Social player numbers rose 30.4%, with the revenue raised off each player averaging 34 cents.
Moving forward, it appears that Caesars is poised to continue its string of success with mobile and social gaming, as more users adopt smartphones and tablets, spending more and more time on screens.
Caesars Interactive is owned by Caesars Acquisition Company, a holding company that owns all of Caesars' assets, which include hotel and casino resorts throughout the globe.
