The World Series of Poker Main Event Final Table is underway, as the nine remaining players begun competing for the $7.6 million prize for first place.
The final table is taking place at Rio's Penn & Teller Theater in Las Vegas, and each of the remaining players is guaranteed at least a million dollars for their gameplay thus far. The final table was launched when 2014 Main Event Champion Martin Jacobson said, "I know you guys have been waiting and I don't want to keep you any longer. Now shuffle up and deal."
In the first three hours Patrick Chan and Federico Butteroni were eliminated by Joe McKeehan, who started the day with the day with the highest chip stack.
