IGT to Release Innovative "TMZ" Slot

Gambling giant IGT revealed their newest video slot "TMZ" at the G2E Expo in Las Vegas last week, bringing an innovative feature that makes players a part of the game.

The slot is based on the popular TV gossip series TMZ and TMZ Live, and brings with it an innovative feature where the player's image is captured by the machine and transposed onto the reels in various game features. The slot is being promoted on the shows by attorney Harvey Levin, giving the game a bit of a popularity boost before its release.

The slot is a collaboration between IGT and Warner Brothers, and the company said that the game will introduce: "...camera-based, photo booth technology that integrates a player's image on the game screen and in several engaging bonus rounds".
