30 Arrested in Latest Vietnam Gambling Raid

Police in Tay Ninh City, Vietnam revealed that they have conducted their latest raid on anti-online gambling rings, noting that they raided an internet cafe and arrested 30 people.

The raid was conducted by police from the Provincial Social Crime Prevention team, who went into the Sky Win Cafe on Wednesday following reports that gamblers were coming into the shop to wager every day. Police arrested 30 people in the raid and took 21 computers into custody as well.

Police forces say that they are still investigating the ring and will file charges as appropriate.
