The UK Gambling Commission has published their updates to the Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice, bringing them into effect immediately.
The LCCP was first published in February of this year, and the amendments are mainly changes to responsible gaming measures as the regulations will work with automated self-exclusion facilities. Another change is to require gaming operators to use an Alternative Dispute Resolution service for disputes relating to player issues.
The self-exclusion rules will come into effect on October 31st, 2015 while the dispute services will be mandated as of July 9th, 2015.
