Player Wins Big Using "Strategy" at Jackpot Capital

This story was published more than 5 years ago.

Last week a punter at Jackpot Capital hit it big while playing a variety of slots at Jackpot Capital, telling the casino that she used a strategy of sorts to cash in big.

Thelma B. won $11,000 playing slots in alphabetical order, adjusting her wagers depending on the feel of the game. The strategy worked for her, as she walked away far ahead during the session.

“I prefer the older, three reel games,” Thelma B. said. “I have sort of a strategy and this time it really worked. I play the games in alphabetical order and vary my bets depending on how the game feels.”

“I think you need to change your bets depending on the situation. But my main advice is have fun – that’s what it’s really all about, isn’t it?!”

She may call it strategy, but I call it luck. Good on her though!

I call this strategy luck. I have won many times at Jackpot Capital owned casinos and to be fair, to increase your chances to win, there has to be some sort of strategy. For example, for me, If I go through a large number of spins in one game and lose badly, I move to the next game and increase my wager.

I usually decrease my wager when I play hard to win games and conversely do the same for easier-to-win-at games. I only play hard to win games when I have enough cushion to sustain the loss. For you to know which ones are hard, you have to be familiar with the games. In some games, if you pay attention carefully, you will know when to move on and when to say.

As you know, usually a three match of a particular spin symbol will trigger a bonus. If each spin gives me two out of the three bonus symbols and and not a cent, I will move on after 4 tries.

If the wheel looks like it is replacing a bonus symbol that was about to come down, I move on. To be able to notice these subtle changes, I will stop the wheel quickly several times myself and that usually helped me a lot in determining whether I should move on. I wager less on weekends.
