The heads of the Dutch Kansspelautoriteit and the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission have announced that they have signed a letter of intent wherein the two bodies will work together in the online gaming sector.

The agreement will see the two bodies sharing exchanges of data, working together to protect consumers, work on cross-border supervision, and to streamline the licensing process in both jurisdictions.

The Netherlands is set to legalize online betting this year, bringing a series of casino games to punters who have been using offshore sites for countless years.
