Nevada's Attorney General has announced that they have filed charges against the founder of the Bitcoin poker room Seals With Clubs this week, claiming the man operated an unlicensed interactive gaming system.

Bryan Micon was charged with the crime on Monday, but he had previously fled the United States for Antigua after state officials searched his residence with a search warrant earlier this year. If found guilty Micon could face up to 10 years in prison as well as a $50,000 fine.

Micon is now residing in Aruba where it is reported that he is working on a followup to Seals With Clubs, which shuttered earlier this year and was likely caused by the investigation into the site.
