A US Congressional hearing to discuss the Restoration of the American Wire Act has been re-scheduled until later this month due to inclement weather.
The meeting delay was revealed by the Poker Players Alliance, who tweeted the news stating that the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, Homeland Security will be meeting on March 26th due to the inclement weather that has been hitting the country.
The hearing will see testimony from anti-online gambling advocates, as the witnesses called to testify appear to have been called by Republican politicians, who are looking to outlaw online gambling in the United States to gain favor of land casino baron Sheldon Adelson.
