Macau Gambling Revenue Plummets

Macau's gambling revenue plummeted in February as China's severe crackdown on corruption along with a slowdown of China's economy appears to be causing major issues in the gambling destination.

Revenue for the month fell to 19.5 billion Patacas, down from 38 billion during the same period last year. The results are the ninth consecutive month and yet another worrying sign that the economy in Macau will see sustained drops in gambling revenue.
