Netherlands based Holland Casino Group has announced their first profits in seven years, netting €12 million in profit for the year.
The profits come in the wake of the casino cutting 500 jobs and restructuring the way it conducts its operations. In 2013 the company posted €22 million.
Currently The Holland Group owns 14 casinos in the Netherlands, but plans to sell off ten of the properties in one lot while the other four companies will be sold off individually. It is thought that the sell off of those casinos should be completed by 2017.
On the online betting side of things, the company announced an agreement with Playtech, who will allow Holland Casino to provide their cyber games to punters as soon as the country regulates online betting in the country.
