Internet betting giant bwin is making waves in the media this week with reports that the group is planning to partner with a Pennsylvania land casino to offer online betting services should the activity become legalized in the Keystone State.
Online gambling regulation bills are currently being debated in the Pennsylvania Legislature, and could see the state offering online casino games, poker, and lottery services to residents, which could generate millions in tax revenues.
Speculation claims that bwin is in talks with either Parx Casino, as the group already has social betting content deals with GameAccount and Williams Interactive. The other potential casino partner is Sugarhouse, which is based out of Philadelphia.
