WSOP and 888Poker to Combine New Jersey Player Pools

Internet betting firms Caesars Interactive Entertainment and 888 have announced that their sites 888Poker and WSOP will combine player pools in the state of New Jersey.

The move is being made to improve player liquidity in the Garden State, which is going to be vital to the success or failure online poker in the state.

As a result of the deal the two firms will combine to increase the number of prizes as well as introducing more players for tournaments. Those tournaments are scheduled to begin today, and include $130,000 in tournament guarantees.
