Cyber-Bets Fakes Kahnawake Accreditation

This story was published more than 8 years ago.

Russian internet casino Cyber-Bets has been caught fraudulently claiming that it holds a gaming license from the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, posting the certificate on their webpage.

Cyber-Bets has posted the accreditation on their website, falsely luring players into believing that they are a reputable site that answers to a regulatory body. Such a move is a huge black flag, and instantly kills any credibility that an online casino may hold.

For their part, the Kahnawake Gaming Commission have said that the casino operator is not licensed by the jurisdiction, and sent a cease and desist letter to the casino.

As of press time, Cyber-Bets had not responded to that letter, and the certification is still posted on their website.

Casino Listings will update this story as more developments arise.
