Internet betting operator Betfair has announced that it has signed a sponsorship deal with Premier League Club Liverpool, which will see Betfair offering various forms of advertising with the club.
As a result of the deal Betfair will offer digital offers connected to Liverpool, social media advertising, and attach its name to the Liverpool WiFi gateway. The deal is applicable in the UK, Bulgaria, Italy, Spain, and Denmark.
Commenting on the deal Betfair Brand Director Mark Ody said, “We’re excited to be working with a club of the scale and fame of Liverpool Football Club. Everything about Liverpool Football Club is iconic. The Kop, the passionate fans, the Liverbird on the jersey, the entertaining football."

Liverpool FC Chief Commercial Officer Billy Hogan added: “We are delighted to be joining forces with one of the world’s largest online betting organizations.
