Microgaming's Quickfire has announced that it has signed a deal with BetDigital which will see it offering the developer's games on its betting platform to casinos throughout the world.
As part of the deal Quickfire will release digital versions of BetDigital's brick and mortar casino slots, which will be developed in both Flash and HTML5 formats. Examples of games to be released online include Fantastic Fruits, Caesars Palace, Superpots Bar-X, and more.
It is expected that the first titles will be released by the end of 2014.
Commenting on the deal Microgaming Head of Product Channels Neill Whyte said, “We’re delighted Betdigital wanted to work with Quickfire to bring their land-based titles online; they’ll be a popular and strategic addition to the platform."
BetDigital CEO Heath Samples added, “Adding our content to the Quickfire platform will significantly strengthen our position in the marketplace. It enables us to work with Quickfire’s vast customer base and deliver our content to an entirely new audience. At Betdigital we want to work with the best - that’s why we chose Quickfire.”
