PokerStars Prepares UK Customers for Transition

Internet poker giant PokerStars has reached out to its UK customers, giving them information to prepare them for a transition to the company's new UK site.

Because of regulatory changes in the UK, all British customers will need to transition to a region specific desktop or mobile app, and players will instead be directed to the company's UK betting site. Customers will not need to change their logins, and current account information will not be affected by the migration. With that being said, some changes will apply including the removal of auto rebuys.

UK customers will also need to use up their VIP Stellar Rewards and Milestone Cash Credits from the French PokerStars site before the new regulations kick in on October 1st.
