Club Gold Blames "Bonus Inflexibility" on Software Switch

Internet casino Club Gold has finally delivered some answers as to why it abandoned Microgaming and Net Entertainment software three months after implementing them, blaming bonus flexibility for the change.

In an email sent to various casino affiliates, the casino's Affiliate manager Liisa Chambers claimed that Net Ent and Microgaming were causing issues when it came to bonus flexibility, and that the result was unsustainable by the casino.

That caused the site to jump over to casino software named The Hawk, which was developed by Habanero Systems.

Chambers went on to apologize for the casino's lack of communication, but failed to answer many other questions regarding the firm's stability.
