Internet betting firm 888 has announced that it is seeking an interstate online poker business model in the United States, hoping to team up players from Nevada with those in Delaware and New Jersey.

888's plans include partnering with like-minded states that have interstate compacts signed. Currently Delaware and Nevada have signed interstate deals, but New Jersey is still waiting on some sort of deal.

The firm released a statement on their US online poker goals in which it states: “We are aiming to deploy a shared poker network across the two states which will offer poker players in each state an enhanced customer experience."

“We remain fully committed to the US market through our B2B business as well as through our interest in the AAPN joint venture. Through our technical, operational and commercial expertise and flexibility we continue to be in an exceptionally strong position as the market regulates.”
