Poker Players Alliance Posts Online Poker Advocacy Video

The Executive Director of the Poker Players Alliance has posted a video which provides ways in which people can appeal to their representatives to vote against any federal ban on internet gaming.

John Pappas appeared in a YouTube video posted by his group, noting that things have heated up in Washington DC regarding recent bills that would ban internet gambling in the United States.

Pappas urged citizens to come meet with federal representatives to express their displeasure of any ban, engage with the PPA to help fight any online gaming ban.

Last month Senator Lindsey Graham and Representative Jason Chaffetz introduced bills to their respective legislative bodies in Washington DC, which would outlaw online gambling in the United States. The bills are the result of a hard lobbying push by anti-online gambling magnate Sheldon Adelson, who has vowed to do whatever he can in order to ban online gambling in America.
