UK based social betting firm Bodugi Limited has had its UK gambling licensed revoked by the British Gambling Commission.
The revoking of the license comes after the Commission announced that the group had its license suspended in February. The issue that caused the suspension are complaints by customers, who claimed difficulty in withdrawing funds, and the lack of cooperation between Bodugi and the Commission.
The license was revoked under sections 117(2)(f) and 119(1) of the Gambling Act 2005, which reads: "Unsuitability to carry out licensed activities in a manner which is consistent with the licensing objectives, and breach of licensing conditions."
Bodugi has not commented on the issue.
