US land gaming firm Wynn Resorts has applied for a New Jersey online gambling license, this coming from various sources with knowledge of the situation.
Wynn is reportedly teaming up with Caesars Interactive Entertainment and 888's All American Poker Network to offer online action to players in the Garden State, wherein Caesars would host Wynn's online betting servers. Such a deal with fellow betting groups is necessary for Wynn, as the group does not have a land casino in Atlantic City.
The reveal of Wynn's application is the latest development in New Jersey, which revealed that UK based Virgin Group will launch an online casino this Friday.
