Online poker players are being warned to watch up for a piece of Russian Malware that is specifically targets them.
The malware is known as i2ninja and can be spread through: "...spam emails, drive-by-download attacks launched from websites infected with exploit kits and by direct installation through existing botnets."
Those infected by the computer bug will have their information compromised, potentially giving up key personal identification and credit card data. The bug has been particularly targeting online poker players, and is active on several big name online poker brands.
Players wishing to protect themselves from the bug should be careful when opening attachments within email and make sure that their anti-virus software is up to date.
