Amaya And Caesars Interactive Sign New Jersey Deal

Internet wagering software developer Amaya Gaming Group has announced that it has signed a mobile casino content deal with Caesars Interactive, which will see the latter offering the product to New Jersey.

As part of the deal, Amaya will share in the revenues created by the mobile betting website and casino games that it provides Caesars with in New Jersey. The deal is subject to regulatory approval in the Garden State.

Commenting on the deal Amaya Gaming Group CEO David Baazov said, “This is an immense win for us, one that should extend our online gaming footprint significantly in the United States as well as contribute to our recurring revenue in future years."

Caesars Interactive Entertainment CEO Mitch Garber added: “The Amaya Game Office platform provides us with a turnkey solution which we plan to use to launch CaesarsCasino.com in New Jersey. It allows us to tailor our product offering and integrate seamlessly with third party content, manage relationships with our customers, and conduct cross-promotional activities with our Caesars hotels.”
