Mississippi Democrat Boby Moak has announced that he will once again submit a bill that would legalize online gambling in his home state, this despite failing three other times.
Moak, who serves as a State Representative said that online gambling is perhaps the best way to prop up the flagging land based gambling market in The Hospitality State.
Speaking to the Associated Press Moak said, "Online gaming is going on right now - it's happening. We need to tap into that."
Mississippi once held the United States' third largest gambling market, but has since lost that position to states with big cities like Chicago, Detroit, and St. Louis.
