Internet poker giant PokerStarss has announced that its annual MicroMillions poker tournament was a success, paying out more than €8 million in 11 days.
The fifth annual edition of the tournament brought in more than 1.3 million players for various low buy in games. The $22 buy in No Limit Hold'Em event brought in 59,213 players. The winner of that event was a Lithuanian who took home $161,00... the biggest amount ever recorded in the PokerStars MegaMillions.
Player of the tournament was a Russiand with the alias "JustProSkill", who finished in the money at 30 different events and making two final tables.
With the success of the event, it is inevitable that soon we will be releasing details on the sixth edition of the poker tournament.
