Andorra Adopts Gambling Legalization

The European micro state of Andorra has announced that it has decided to legalize land based and internet gambling, bringing the world a potential new licensing authority.

Based in the mountains between France and Spain, Andorra has a population of just 85,000 people and it is likely that the purpose of legalizing online gambling is to allow the state to license foreign operators, ala the island of Alderney.
