Twoplustwo Pulls Plug On Lock Poker Promotions

This story was published more than 11 years ago.

Revered online poker forum twoplustwo has announced that it has decided to pull all Lock Poker promotions due to concerns that the site has over the Revolution skin's payment issues.

The decision was made by the forum's owner Mason Malmuth, who said that the decision was an ethical one. The blockade of Lock promotions was agreed to by the poker firm, and may be resumed once the issues are resolved in a manner that twoplustwo approves of.

Lock Poker has come under fire for slow payments to players in recent months, and it recently announced that it has suspended Peer 2 Peer transfers because of what it suspects is user fraud which could be construed as money laundering. The poker site currently sponsors a specific forum on twoplustwo, and also carries a heavy advertising presence on the forum.
