Grandmother Records Two Big Bingo Wins Over Holidays

A Grandmother from West Yorkshire scored two big online bingo wins at Ladbrokes on Christmas and New Years Day, taking home £281,000 in the process.

The big winner has not been named, but she did reveal that she took home £31,000 on Christmas, and then recorded a £250,000 win on New Years Day with just a £10 stake.

The second big win came from the progressive jackpot on the Bouncing Balls Bingo game.

Commenting on her win, the lucky punter said: "I'd already had an amazing run and was chuffed to pieces. I then saw the £500 and was over the moon but slowly it dawned on me that I may have landed the big jackpot. It must have only been seconds in real time but it felt like hours until it was confirmed. I've barely slept since!"

What exactly does the grannie have planned for her winnings? "First things first, I'd like to buy a new house. I'll then round up all my children and grandchildren and go on holiday straight away - but I'm not worried about the weather so we'll just go down the road to Haven!"
