Full Tilt Poker Seeing Traffic Boost

This story was published more than 10 years ago.

Internet poker site Full Tilt Poker has seen a boost in its player traffic, reclaiming the numbers that it saw dip a few weeks after its re-launch.

The surge in traffic comes during the popular holiday season and saw Full Tilt Poker take back the number two spot for most visited poker site, trailing only its sister firm PokerStars and beating out third place Party Poker by 30%.

For the week Full Tilt has seen an average of 5,400 players, with Party Poker bringing in 3,600 on average.

PokerStars continued to dominate over the measuring period and is estimated to hold 50% of the revenue brought into the online poker industry.

All is not rosy for the industry though, as poker tracker PokerScout reported that overall traffic is down 4% from the same period last year.
