Man Hits Big Lottery Win By Mistake

A man from New Hampshire got an amazing Christmas present as he won a $2.1 million lottery jackpot on a ticket that he purchased by mistake!

Scott Bennett had meant to purchase a Lucky for Life and Megabucks lottery ticket from a convenience store in Hillsborough, New Hampshire, but was mistakenly was given two Megabucks tickets instead.

As fate would have it, one of those tickets was a big winner, with a $2.1 million jackpot. Bennett has opted for a lump sum payment of $1.3 million with which he will pay off student loan debt for two of his kids, send the third to college, renovate his kitchen, and purchase some more Christmas presents.
