Betfair Signs Deal To Sponsor 2013 Aussie Millions Tourney

Internet based betting exchange Betfair has signed a deal with Melbourne, Australia's Crown Casino which will see Betfair having premium sponsorship coverage for the 2013 Aussie Millions poker tournament.

As part of the deal Betfair will be entitled to put its advertising logos at each poker table in the tournament as well as other high visibility locations in the casino for the duration of the tournament, which is scheduled to be held January 17th through February 3rd, 2013.

Commenting on the deal Crown Casino CEO Greg Hawkins said: "The Aussie Millions is Crown's marquee poker event, and there is terrific alignment between these great, established brands. Sport is an enormous part of Australian culture, and Betfair's unique betting exchange is a fantastic complement to the Aussie Millions and our poker patrons."
