UK based interactive gaming company NetplayTV has released a trading update for the third quarter of 2012, showing growth in mobile operations and strong results.
Key financial indicators for the period were:
Strong Q3 Performance, especially in mobile operations
52% increase in new depositing casino players to 11,978 (Q3,2011: 7,892) but 4% decrease on Q2,2012 - a particularly strong quarter for the company.
42% increase in active depositing casino players to 22,417 (Q3,2011: 15,805) but 1% decrease on Q2,2012
Speaking about the results, NetplayTV CEO Charles Butler said: "The growth in new depositing and total depositing customers year on year has resulted in a 34% increase in revenue versus Q3,2011."
"The company is particularly encouraged by the uptake of its mobile and tablet offering where revenues have increased by 107% versus Q3,2011. Mobile and tablet gaming continues to be a key focus for the company and during the period it has launched mobile slots games which will significantly enhance the existing TV roulette mobile offering."
"The Directors are pleased with this continued strong performance and are confident of meeting full year market expectations."
