Gaming industry giant Caesars Entertainment has announced that it will try to sell a share of its Montreal based Caesars Interactive Entertainment.

Various industry reports seem to show that Caesars has sold roughly 1.5% of its interactive division to Rock Gaming, a firm that Caesars is partnering with for some land casino ventures.

Investigators looking into the issue say that SEC filings show that Rock Gaming paid out $60.8 million for the shares, with an extra $19.2 million as an option.
