Internet traffic monitor PokerScout is reporting that traffic at the IGT Poker Network dropped by 30% in the last week following reports that the gambling giant has plans to shutter the network by year's end.

Industry wide, poker traffic fell 0.5% after a month of mostly strong gains. The Microgaming Network also saw its huge traffic jumps of 30% ease back a bit, while Party Poker boasted a 12% increase.

For American friendly networks, Bovada topped the charts, while Merge and Revolution continued their strong performances.
