Internet wagering software developer Openbet has announced that it has extended its relationship with the British Columbia Lottery Corporation and will offer extended sports betting services to the Canadian corporation's PlayNow website.
Play Now's new odds services will be provided by Paddy Power, with live odds being delivered to the second on player's web browsers.
Commenting on the expansion of services, Openbet CEO David Loveday said: "After helping BCLC become the first jurisdiction in North America to offer legal online casino games in 2010, we are excited to be involved in the next phase of their offering. BCLC wanted a software provider that allowed them the flexibility to upgrade their offering as regulation developed and we have provided them with the support and expertise needed to do just that”.
