Interactive television betting firm NetPlay TV has released its second quarter 2012 financial results on Wednesday, highlighting a 78% jump in new depositing players.
The rise in new players brings NetPlay's amounted to 12,958 players, up from 7,044 during the same period last year. There was also an increase in active depositing players, with 22,647 putting money in during the second quarter. This is up from 14,709 during the same period last year.
Commenting on the results, a Spokesman for NetPlay TV said: "The growth in new depositing and total depositing customers year on year has resulted in a 48% increase in Q2,2012 average daily revenue versus Q2,2011. Following a strong Q1, revenue has also increased by 3% quarter on quarter against the trend of Q2 being seasonally quieter than Q1."
